Hi Team, First thing your CUSTOMER CARE team is ###/pathetic and non torabble, they do not do any work, disconnect the call and harras the CUSTOMER. Secondally I was taken the package onf 2020 which valid for 2024 for 4 years and now i am getting 100 of calls by saying your package is not valid and when I call CUSTOMER CARE, they says we can not tell about package is valid or not. then who will inform the package. When i try to login from my mobile no [protected], it should not active. I am going to raise complaint in consumer FORUM as I have mail from crossroad for validity till 2024 and call record of CUSTOMER CARE team who harras me for package is not active. I am going to raise complaint in consumer forum as I have mail from crossroad for validity till 2024 and call record of Customer care team who harras me for package is not active. Cross Roads customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
