[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Pure scam in name of inverter ac warranty, selling defective products

Hi,

I had purchased a Diakin split inverter ac Through Daikin authorised Dealer Pragya Metro Electronics, Loni SHahdra on 20th May 2020. Since its installation This AC giving problems every now and Then, In past I have raised several complaints, but this year since April 2023 This AC is cooling only for 2 days and then stopping.
I got it checked, got servicing done, got gas refilling done every time their technicians charge Rs 590/- for every visit when they themselves are aware that DAIKIN is cheating and looting all customers by selling defective products.
Now AC again stopped cooling and I raised a service complaint to Daikin on 20.08.2023 through Ref id DEL [protected]. Cx where they sent a technician to check and he reported that fault is at PCB and needs to be replaced. Daikin says that warranty PCB is 5 years according to the website, but technician and customer care says warranty is for 1 year if the AC was purchased before September 1 2020 and before that we need to pay Rs 8000 to get it replaced.
It is a pure scam done in the name of warranty. Technicians mention that all inverter ac has the same problem throughout every where. Are we supposed to spent 10 K every year to ge AC working properly. This needs to be covered in warranty as well when the company themselves is aware that they have sold defective model to thousands of inncocent customers who are bearing the burnt of Comanys defective product.
We have lost peace of mind be getting DAIKIN AC. THIRD CLASS PRODUCT
Daikin is doing business by selling their defective products to inncocent customers and again doing business by providing service for their defective products.
They are harassing inncocent customers by showing their BRAND name

Yes we are having the same problem in our region. They really has a poor standards in terms of customer service and also the product.
