Good morning.
Request you to kindly intervene and instruct your Mumbai Service center team to organize a free 2nd service which is pending.
Just to brief you that I had purchased Daikin AC on 1.6.2022 and I and my family were out of India for the past 5 months and we just came back to India last week.
Having said that yesterday I called your service centre to complete the 2nd free service and I was informed that it is chargeable now.
First and foremost I would appreciate if you could improve your IT capabilities as till date I did not receive any sms or email communication from your side stating that my 2nd service is due before 1.6.23.
We have purchased lot of electronic devices and we get reminders from Eureka Forbes, Samsung, LG, WHIRLPOOL but did not get any reminders from Daikin. Pathetic IT department.
Your service centre team expects the customer to remember the dates and it is not your v teams duty to remind us for renewals also. Shameless officials. Needs to ge imparted appropriate training and needs over all improvement in your IT department.
Please call me on my below no in case you require any further clarification in this regards.
Please instruct your team to complete the 2 nd pending free service and I need to renew the yearly maintainence of this AC.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE THEN I WILL UPLOAD NY GRIEVANCES IN DAIKIN FACEBOOK WALL AND TWITTER ALSO SO THAT LET OTHER CUSTOMERS KNOW HOW YOUR TEAM TREATS THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS.
