yes, its true that dana group is not a good company in nigeria, its reputation is worst these days, a huge bank loan, non-compliance of law and major issue non salary to employees more than 10 months,
many people wants to left this company but unable to left as the passport is deposited by hr deptt as when as you reach nigeria.
you can join with your wish but you can left with MD's wish. friends i think you will be more happy in less salary in india ...because here no surety of salary. no body respond you when you will join this company. i worked 10 year with this company ...my experience was very bad. they give us higher position ...but no power...no salary on time...mentally harrassment .
plz never join dana group. its bad reputation.. you can type in google that dana house closed in nigeria due to sterling bank loan issues.
