I have placed 3 orders for groceries on 7th January 2022 through the DealShare app. Daily in the evening, they extend delivery of orders and I did not get delivery even almost after one week. Then on 13th Jan'22, I called customer care and requested them to cancel my orders and initiate a refund. For the next 2 days, nothing happened. After my repeated requests, on 9th Jan'22 evening, they took my request and initiate a refund for my orders. I received a refund for 2 of my orders out of 3 but for one order ID # DS[protected], BAG ID 30603701, till date, I have not received a refund. Was this information helpful? |
