Dear Sir, Kindly note that recently, I received the water bill of my flat no-92, DDA Flats, Pocket-3, Sector-11, Dwarka, New Delhi for an amount of Rs 61, 591/-for the period from 1/7/2014 upto 31/3/2015 (9 months) with incorrect meter readings shown, which has never been mentioned in any of the previous bills for which I have cleared all bills always.Please note all previous water bills were always on LUMPSUM BASIS and NEVER EVER METER...
