DDA SPORTS COMPLEX PASCHIM VIHAR

I AM USER OF SWIMMING POOL OF PASCHIM VIHAR SPORTS COMPLEX. THE POOL IS VERY POORLY MAINTAINED. WATER IS NEVER CLEAN AND EVEN ALGAE CAN BE SEEN IN WATER. MOSQUITOS, PESTS CAN BE SEEN FLOATING. USERS SPECIALLY CHILDERN ARE GETTING INFECTIONS BUT DDA OFFICIALS ARE NOT BOTHERED.
THE PEOPLE WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP ARE ALLOWED AND THEY TAKE SOME GOOD MONTHLY CHARGES FROM THE NON MEMBERS WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT OR RECORDS.

I had applied for the DDA MIG PLOT ROHINI scheme in 1981. Its been 28 years and have not heard of any update regarding that. Have been checking the website regulary and have made number of attempts to enquire with the offices of Delhi Development Authority, but have never got a satisfactory answer. Threat to my and my family's life

The residents of top floors of this block are taking the advantage of elections and are illegaly extending their flats dangeriously which may collapse anytime. With due respect I am to say that I am a resident of FLAT NO. 248, DDA SFS FLATS, SECTOR-1, POCKET-1, DWARKA, NEW DELHI-110075 and to say that the water supply from DDA is neither sufficient nor in good quality to use for fulfilling the daily needs of the residents. DDA WATER SUPPLY

I am residing at the Pocket-2 (DDA SFS), Sector-11, Dwarka, New Delhi-75 for the last 5 years. When, I shifted to the above address, I was getting proper water supply to my house from DDA. Out of 198 Flats only 30 flats were occupied during that time. Now, around 150 flats are occupied with family members. Non refund of application money

Sir,

I had applied for DDA Housing scheme 2008 with application money of Rs 150000. Neither I have got the allotment nor the refund. I also complained to Chief Minister cell, New Delhi on March06, 2009 (reference CMO/PGC/2009/528272) but have not received any reply. My DDA application number is 9258848. Please take up the matter and help me to get my refund alongwith penal interest.

My Father applied for Rohini DDA Plot in 1981 its almost 27 years the plot has not been allotted. It shows the ineffectiveness in dealing with the matter of allotting the plots that it is taking them almost 27 years to allot the land to the applicants.

We fail to understand that why are they taking so long to allot the plots and how many generations more have to wait

no reply to my letter about change of category and non-return of my original FDR

I applied for a dda plot under the rohini scheme in 1981 vide aplication no10403. I have been allotted a priority no. 2503. I applied for a change of category from Janta to MIG in 1986. Along with the application I deposited my original FDR. In spite of repeated reminders I have neither been given any reply about the change of category nor has my original FDR been returned to me. I request an early response and my original FDR....

DDA had issued allotment letter to a wrong name instead my name and it was not delivered to us or we received any cancellation or show cause notice for cancellation letter from them. My father had booked this flat in 1979 and then it was transferred to my name well before the allotment. DDA had taken more than 25 years to allot the same and they had cancelled without intimation. Amount not refunded

Dear Sir,

I have filled up two Application for DDA Flat 2008. One with my wife and my name and other one on my name only.
I was totally unware that only one applcation can be filled up in a family. Now DDA authority is denying to refund my amount back.
These days i am depressed by DDA response. Kindly suggest and help me to come out of this tough condition. Thanks
