[Resolved]  Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Bus pass fee refund

Dear,
I applied monthly dtc student bus pass and it got rejected due to non-submission of Fee Receipt attested by Authorised signatory of the institution, Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.
With the mail they provided for information about my bus pass rejection they also provided a link and I was told to reapply with that link but the link is also not working.
Kindly process my refund of 100

It sure take time but resolved my issue and I got the refund. But the problem during complaint was that there was no such process information like not website not via mail we get a confirmation that our issue is being resolved I only got a mail from consumer complaint that my issue has been sent to DTC that was on 29 Feb and nor they sent that my issue got resolved I just checked my account and it shows that I received refund over-all there service isn't bad but they should implement this option too. Thanks 😊
