Misbehave and penalize me despite of bus ticket

Address: Rohini, Delhi

I booked my ticket in bus route 165A DL51GD 9775 from Rohini Sector -16 crossing to Shahabad Dairy and it was booked. The amount ₹9 Debited from my account. The ticket went into view all, meanwhile the bus squad entered the bus and asked to show the ticket. I told the team that I have taken the ticket and shown my message despite the fact they misbehaved with me and penalized with ₹200. You can see the face of officials in this photograph...

Misbehave by dtc bus driver

Route 543A

I was gone South Extension to samalkha crossing by bus, but driver of this bus roughly said that I am 1:30 hours late then this bus will not go on the correct correct route, and he also said bus will not go samalkha crossing only go by route rajokri to route of farmhouse across to kapasera police station and deliberately drive....

Refund of bus pass fee after unknown reason of rejection

I paid 400 for Online e-bus pass on 30th September for 4 months validity pass.
My application got rejected for unknown reason and no information provided for refund.
I've tried to contact with thier given numbers on website and yet no response

Not stopped the bus

Today when i am coming from my work i give sign to stop the bus but the bus driver said abused words and not stopped the bus and then i took next bus and go to the next stop and i find that the bus that doesn't stopped is behind me i suddenly exit the bus and enter that bus and i asked the driver why he doesn't stopped the bus he replied by abused words. Bus No. DL 1PD 4646 alloted No. 774B time around 12:35 pm .Please take strict action...

I was applying for student bus pass, due to some issues in payment window, the payment went through but the dtc pass was rejected as it might not have reached their side

DTC Bus Driver Misbehave

Hi team,

This is regarding complaint against a DTC bus driver bus no. 741 (DL1PD5261- Jonti Village) whose driver is approx 45 to 50 years old.
Buses run from Manglapuri stand (palam delhi) depot at 9:30 in the morning everyday.
The bus driver behaves very rudely with all the passengers and specially to women because girls travel on free tickets and that driver gets very irritated. He always makes excuses that...

Not Stop the bus

Today when i am going to my school i waited for 40 minutes but no bus came but after some time a bus came number DW-4 came i give them a gesture to stop but he say something and didt stop . i am noticing this bus since 2 months the bus driver never stops the bus. i requrest you to take actions. Address: Jahangir Puri bus terminal

काफी समय से जहांगीर पुरी टर्मिनल पर 181 निजामुद्दीन की सर्विस बहुत खराब हो गई है, 9:50 बजे तक अगर बस मिल गई तो ठीक है वरना 1/1.30 घंटा खड़े रहने पर भी बस नहीं आती है । जहांगीर पुरी टर्मिनल पर पता किया तो उन्होंने कहा 181 का रूट लंबा है जिसकी वजह से बस ड्राइवर वहा नहीं जाते है, वह छोटे रूट की ड्यूटी लेते है । जबकि 142, 159, 259, 237, 861 & 891 की बस सर्विस हर 1/2 मिनट होती हैं । आपसे निवेदन है की 181 की सर्विस को बेहतर किया जाए जिसे सवारियों को अपने कार्यालय और फैक्ट्रियों पर सही समय से पहुंचे । धन्यवाद

    I had applied for E-Bus pass on 23 May, 2024 and make a payment of 200 Rupees for 2 months but did’t get any info about my application on Sms or Gmail. I checked my Application Status again and again from 8 days I only Got “ Application Received. Payment is under clearing “ Please look into the matter I urgently need the pass and I request you if there is any issue then please arrange a Refund As soon as possible.

      DTC ticket checker unreasonable fine

      Today I was traveling from rajendra place to Karol Bagh I am extremely hurt and distrust by the behaviour of three dtc ticket checker"goons"
      I was at rajendra place bus stop and took the bus 721 which was routed towards Karol bagh. Thereafter when I get into the bus the three ticket goons behind me they also pick the same bus and right away ask me for the ticket and I was about to buy ticket ... I just enter the bus and right away...

        Raising issue regarding e-bus pass refund

        Sir/ Madam
        I'd applied for the concessional E-Pass 8 days earlier with application number[protected] for Two months service but my application got rejected because of some additional requirements in the application form. I'd paid the amount through UPI transaction and now it's so disappointing you've taken no action regarding this issue.

        There is a Conductor named RAHUL SINGH, CID: 8817 in DTC Cluster Bus Service. During his duty hours, he made contact with a young girl and made her fall in love with him and promises to marry her. However, he is already married and has a child in his home town. All his peer conductors and drivers supported him not to disclose his marital status with the girl, including a previous conductor MOHD. NAFIS, who is now a driver. He does everything with that girl from borrowing heavy amount money to physical abuse. Also, he keeps on changing one girl to another when his truth is known. He and his peers are tarnishing the reputation of DTC. He should be seriously warned not to repeat it again.

          Student E-Bus pass rejected

          Address: WZ-108-F rishi nagar, rani bagh, pitampura, delhi 110034

          I am a student of Dyal Singh College 1st year, my 5-month e-bus pass expired on 22/4/24 and I applied for a new e-bus pass on the same day, I submitted my fee receipt and bus pass form both signed and stamped by the principal. I have paid ₹500 for the next 5 months pass, but as I checked my bus pass status it stated that your application has been rejected, can I know the reason please on what basis it was rejected by DTC

          Address: A 88 Tajpur Pahari Budh Vihar Badarpur

          1000 rupees paid on 18th April 2024 at 8:01 pm. The e-pass should have been generated on April 20 but the e-pass has not been generated yet.

          Application Status - Application Received. Payment is under clearing.

          I have applied for DTC bus pass service.but it's not getting approval yet. this is problem with everytime either it's get delayed or rejected without giving any proper reason.

          I am a student not able to spend so much on transportation but everytime it's created problem and unnecessary tension
