Delhivery — Asking for extra money for delivery, and cancelling it without information

I have ordered some furniture from flipkart and that order associated with delhivery for door step delivery.. It's been a month product did not delivered to me, it is in final hub since 10 days, delivery guy asking for extra money to deliver ot to doorstep.. Else he is Thretening me to cancel the order... And behaving rudely on call. And cancelling the order with out calling even calling me. I complained abt this issue to flipkart as well as delhivery company but no action has been taken against these buggers. Kindly help me... I don't want to cancel this order, I need this order at any cost.
