[Resolved]  Delhivery — Incorrect status updated for return to shipper

Booked from Birati to Chinsurah, order cancelled midway. Was supposed to be returned to shipper but constantly incorrect status is being updated. The package was picked up from my doorstep, why is the bottleneck here/. Why has no one contacted me and sent OTPs, how are they supposed to confirm OTP if they don't call? This is getting ridiculous.
