My name is Tapan Barman, I ordered product on flipkart which was supposed to delivered yesterday. But when it went for Out for delivery, first time the Delivery agent called and said me to collect the item from him which he was 2/3km away from me. As I am doing my office work I politely asked the Agent please complete address was mentioned please come to my house to delivery the same. However, he was showing me attitude and cut the call stating I cant come over there to deliver your item. So I asked him reason for not door step delivering and he simply said I can not come.
My address was:
NALANGIBARI, NISHIGANJ NALANGIBARI TO MAGHPALA ROAD After Aschrom Bazar
Then, around 3:30 PM yesterday I got one call from someone and it might the from the Delivery center / Hub. The person Called me and said the last point they can come is ""Aschrom Bazar" which is around 500 Meter from my home. So I requested him if you coming the place what is your problem coming to my house as my house on main road towards ""MAGHPALA""
However, the strange thing is that they can come MAGHPALA but can not deliver it to my home which is on the road. They go MAGHPALA by the road in front of my house but they can not come to deliver me. The person was on the call was rude and shown me attitude and ego. Currently I am feeling very frustrated.
On evening he called me and Misbehave and said he is going to return and I can't do anything. And that going on as Today the shipment is went out for delivery again, and guess what the Delivery agent didn't called me and put fake remarks. I believe he is showing out for delivery only to make it look like I refused to take the order, which I already paid for.
Therefore kindly look into this ASAP, & delivery my prepaid product.
Look into this ASAP.
P.S : whenever I trying to make complaint on Delhivery website it's getting closed automatically.
Really very disappointing.
