[Resolved] Delhivery — Fraud/ scam run by delhivery courier

I am facing harrasment from delhivery courier on daily basis. Few days back I order a COD parcel which was supposed to be delivered by delhivery courier company. The courier boy came delivered the parcel and collected cash. When I opened the parcel it had torn and dirty cloth pieces and not what I ordered. To my surprise after an hour another courier guy came from the same courier company and asked for same COD amount and was carrying the original parcel. And now I am facing this on daily basis. Different delivery boys are visiting my place daily with COD parcels and harrassing me to pay the money when I did not place any COD orders. This is a planned scam being run by the said courier company as I am not facing any such issue from any other courier companies. I want a strict action to be taken against delhivery courier and the delivery boys they have appointed to deliver these forged orders. During delivery of online paid/ authentic parcels they are sending genuine courier guys but during these fraud order deliveries they send pathetic people to make a scene and collect money when there is no order placed by me.

Delhivery Customer Care's response As per our record, shipment against AWB[protected] has been delivered on 19-Sep-21. We received an email from the customer on 20-Sep-21 to connect with the merchant. We also shared the merchant email id

They again harassed me today. They are not delivering my prepaid parcels as I am not paying for the fake COD parcels which I never ordered. I may go and report to police if this doesn’t stop.

I had placed an order from amazon and i got tracking id[protected] for delhivery. However when i tracked i found that tracking id is invalid .
I opened website and called up helpline[protected], my call was on hold and in few minutes i got a call from [protected] stating that since landmark is not mentioned that’s why tracking id is not reflecting and I need to pay 3 rupees in order to add landmark and he immediately sent a payment link from +[protected] asking for payment.

I understood the fraud and that’s why i am reporting this here. Please take strict action as staff is definitely involved in this scam. All screenshots hv been attached

One of the Delhivery courier boy(Rider) named Akash Deware (photo attached of him)from Kachholi Surat has looted money from us. When we approached Delhivery courier office, they didn’t help us. We paid amount online but courier service said it’s COD. We showed proofs of payment also but of no use. Please be aware of Delhivery courier service. They don’t track person history before taking into job. Very disgusting experience we had with them.

I ordered from bewkoof app . I put return request for the product. One of the delivery executive from delhivery called me and took the return and asked for otp. But he has not shown pickup and one day after he showed return cancelled. I haven't got refund for the return.
