[Resolved] Delhivery — I have not received my Shipment yet got the message that order is delivered

I have not received my shipment No delivery person called or came to my address and today around 2pm I got the message that order has been delivered kindly solve the issues. In my previous experience with your services Your delivery Persons didn't even ask for OTP then what is the reason of sending it our mobiles. if you provide local delhivery service contact details would be useful for further use otherwise it is very difficult contact your service provider

Delivery person mistaken my address with our neighbor. Thanks to my friend who given the number of local delhivery service which I've contacted. please delhivery service ask OTP before giving it to consignee thank you.
