[Resolved]  Delhivery — Processing AWB number

Address: 1.Mumbai Delhi NCR, Plot 84, Sector 44, Gurgaon - 122 002

I had ordered to deliver carton box (consumable) from Visakhapatnam to Roorkee since 1.3.2024, 3:30 pm through Delhivery Mobile App. Delivery Payment had been deducted from my UPI account ( please see attached photos for payment) but it has been shown processing AWB number (pending order) and i don't get any of contact, order confirmation or refund and resolving for my issue from Company side. So please kindly resolve my problem.

My Complaints have been solved. Actually it was mobile app error, i did not see the "request for refund" in mobile app. Now i login my Delhivery app with my laptop using Company website and i saw "request for refund" and i click this button and i have got refund. Thank you for helping me out.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
