My wallet balance says Miles (Current Balance) in Negative (-) 353.38 Miles, Not able to book any consignment But as per our account records, it should be positive (+) 154.34 Miles

Our earlier tickets has been closed with out resolving the issue

We are a postpaid customer but we received messages that our account has been converted to Pre-Paid, Also it shows Opening Balance as on 19/07/22 Negative (-) 353.38 Miles, Not able to book any consignment. But as per our accounting there is no negative miles only positive mile of +154.34
