Delhivery — Weight mismatch, Rs 1800 deducted from my wallet wrongly

I am a Client with Delhivery and I use it to send my orders All India. This fraud has been happening since few months now. Amount from my wallet is deducted thrice- 1. At the time of manifesting, 2. at the time of delivery and 3. when the company do the billing. Almost every month, they deduct unnecessary amount from the wallet charging me for extra weight for all the packages. The shipments which are not even 500gm, they are under 500 gm, I have been charged for 1000 gm for those shipments and when I raised complaint then they have refunded the money for only few of the shipments so I was already bearing the losses.

But this month, they have crossed the limits. Yesterday[protected] I checked my wallet balance which was 978 and today morning[protected] it is -913. It is in minus because they have taken all my money claiming that all the shipments which were more than 3 kgs. They have charged me for 3600 gm for the shipments which were actually less than 500 gm. Can you imagine what next level looting is happening here. They are looting their own customers. Rs 1800 has been deducted from my wallet in one day. I am not so stupid to send 3 kgs above shipment using 500gm account. Those shipments are below 500gm. I want my money back. I am not going to recharge my account till this is solved. I have attached 2 screenshots for your reference.
