Issue with the Dell Support Care

Respected Authority,

I have bought Dell Vostro laptop 3500 (Service tag Nos. 7LN09D3) on 19th April, 2021. It was working fine, however on 21st April, 2022, the screen gone blank and totally blackout. I took the laptop to the nearby Dell Exclusive store for screening the issue. However, since I missed the warranty by 2 days, the technician are charging me Rs. 1500 only for checking the issues.

INSPIRON 3505 wort battery performance and Adaptor stop working within 6 months

Large gaps in new keypad

Hardware issue - Company not supporting

Product is not usable. Customer care is not concerned to resolve the issue
