Hi..My wife ordered this DELL ALIENWARE AW2723DF monitor on 19th NOV 2022 and received it on 23rd NOV 2022. It was Gift for my Birthday which was on 04th Dec. So i unboxed it and after i feel disappointed as i couldn't fix it on the stand as it was shaking After checking from all sides i noticed some screws missing on it and the place of fixing screw seems to be cracked. i checked the box and find few screws in another plastic bag which seems much smaller to fit and also found some tiny broken plastic parts in the box which seems to be from the stand. i was shocked how can i get extra screws and broken plastics from a newly ordered product. I watched the unboxing videos of this model on Youtube and none of them had extra screws like i got. I suspect may be it was a returned product they sent me. I tried to contact with Sales support & Customer care with calling and emails they said to contact with Technical Support again i made call and sent email to Tech support they said it has no technical issue and they transfer my call to customer support i got the last email on 08th DEC.2022 from one.dell.[protected]@dell.com asking for the details of the box address and number faulty unit pictures. the service request number he provided #[protected]. i checked the status on 10th DEC 2022 and no response it dissapears. I have sent more than 20 emails and hours of calling but no satisfactory answers.
I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT.
