Dear sir,
I have ordered about 20 dozen devgad mangoes from your website in the last one week. One of the payments for rs 5367 from hdfc bank account of indrani gupta on 15 th april 2018 for 2 dozen top quality mangos, did not result in an order due to malfunctioning of your portal. Your sales person has confirmed receipt of payment. However order is not yet confirmed in spite of daily follow up on mail & phone. Please assist.
