[Resolved]  Devgad Taluka Mango Growers Co-Operative Society Ltd — Order not fulfilled. Money not refunded.

Address: Aurangabad, Maharashtra, 431001
Website: www.devgadmango.com

I placed an order for Devgad Alphanso mangoes size 3 for 4 cases and paid Rs 3796/- upfront over the internet. That was on April 22, 2016.
I received order confirmation mail from them on April 22, 2016. Estimated delivery date written in the mail was between 27 May and 2nd June, 2016.
I didn't receive any communication nor any mangoes by 6th June 2016. When contacted on phone, the gentleman said the season got over earlier than it normally does and there are no mangoes left and that they are in the process of setting up a mechanism to refund the money for the unfulfilled orders.
It's been almost a year and I haven't received my money back.
Once I received a call from them saying the refund process had started and that I would soon get my money back.
But it didn't happen.
The supplier company address is: At Post. Jamsande, Tal. Devgad, Dist Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, India.

Complaint marked as Resolved
The complaint was wrongly posted by me. It happened because i didn't check my credit card statement properly for refund amount entry and because DTMG co-op Soc Limited (DTMG) didn't then communicate that my refund was paid and because DTMG didn't share the payment details and because I didn't again enquire about my refund status before lodging complaint. I was embarrassed when I received refund details from DTMG in a reply to my email that I wrote after posting the complaint.

It's very embarrassing for me to declare that this complaint was raised by me without first checking with the supplier DTMG Co-op Soc Ltd (DTMG) for refund details.
I regret that.
Although the order was never fulfilled, my money was refunded in August 2016 through the same payment gateway.
However, DTMG did not communicate that the refund had been initiated. They didn't provide refund details then. Which made me think I didn't receive refund.
Recently, I sent DTMG an email threatening to approach consumer court if they didn't refund my money. DTMG promptly replied giving details of refund. I verified. And found that I had indeed received refund by way of credit to my ICICI Bank Credit Card.
