I have ordered about 20 dozen devgad mangoes from your website in the last one week. One of the payments for rs 5367 from hdfc bank account of indrani gupta on 15 th april 2018 for 2 dozen top quality mangos, did not result in an order due to malfunctioning of your portal. Your sales person has confirmed receipt of payment. However order is not yet confirmed in spite of daily follow up on mail & phone. Please assist.br...

I placed an order for Devgad Alphanso mangoes size 3 for 4 cases and paid Rs 3796/- upfront over the internet. That was on April 22, 2016.
I received order confirmation mail from them on April 22, 2016. Estimated delivery date written in the mail was between 27 May and 2nd June, 2016.
I didn't receive any communication nor any mangoes by 6th June 2016. When contacted on phone, the gentleman said the season got over earlier than...
