not giving me my winning prize

Dear sir,
I have paid 5600 rupees gst charges on dated 29 oct 2017 & currier+insurance charges 8000 rupees on dated 03 nov 2017 total 13600 rupees paid, i paid for all this amount for apple 7 puls mobile as a gift. Now they are saying the product is damaged.
At finally i want my win prize.
They are totally fraud, don't believe them. Please be careful...

First they called me from [protected] no and told for free offer, when i saw the company complain in consumer complaint site. I called to customer care they deny to say anything because i am not his customer.

First they send combo gift after that they told about free gift product (Deel laptop, samsung led 50 inches and apple iphone 128 gb) rs. 75000+ and ask to make payment of half of gst amount around 5600 and product will deliver. After few days they ask for additional payment to insurance and courier despatch the product (Providing courier service company names fedex, aramex and blue dart charges may very)....

It was sunday when i recieved a call from the digital india deal that you have a chance to be the lucky winner, if you buy the product of 500. So i purchased one watch online from the digital india deal.com at rs.650, which they delivered to me. The issue is then after few days, they again called me, saying that you have got the laptop as a prize of rs, 72999. But you have to pay the service tax of rs 6500, for bringing your prize from delhi...

refund of my money

I have paid rs. 6500 as of service charges on july 30, 2017 & rs. 12000 as of delivery+insurance charges on aug 04, 2017. I paid all this amount for laptop as a gift. Now they are saying the product is damaged. We will give you a huge amount but send 18000 more. But i refused to send. Now i m asking for my refund. They are not refunding it. They are making fools. They are asking to wait for 90 days for my own money. They are totally fraud....
