Landmark meadows non compliance of development

I purchased plot no. 401 in May 2010 till today the plot is not developed & I haven't yet received possession letter of my plot & the said plot is not developed even fencing is not done between two plots for separation of plot even though no water tap connection no drainage line connection is there. Heard a lot about disha direct & work but disappointed by the treatment given by your staff member.

No handover of plots even after 7 years

Disha Direct has failed to deliver NA plot

I had invested with Disha Direct project Windmill heights in Jan 2009 for 2 NA plots of 10000 Square feet each @ 30 psf with buy back option of 50% appreciation in Jan 2011 or retaining the plot. Disha Direct - A real estate marketing company is the biggest fraud real estate company in India. Santosh Naik is a cheater folowed by his accociates Shyam Sunder.
