Dr. Fixit provided me ridicilous service interms for inspection. I have chat with their tech person on last week of may-2018 and they have provided site inspection person who visited by home.
Site inspector assured me he will send another person for estimate and other process with in few days. But no one turn up for 2 weeks so i again contact dr. Fixit tech person over chat and inform him about the same. Tech person again assured me he will contact that supervisor person and update me. Mean while i have contact that person but he didnt respond the call.
So final its over a month no follow up taken by dr fixit team and nothing. This is the worst service i have faced. Was this information helpful? |
