I have constructed new floor and used urp product of fixit but after applying and in few days got to see water leakage which can be seen in pictures. but when i complained on toll free number the supervisors who visited said water proofing failed due to gap in tiles and down area etc etc.and these things were not confirmed to me at the time of water proofing although there was leakage when water proofing was finished hence the observation of technical staff fails.I have used 170litres o[censored]rp and fibre mesh but still Dr fixit guys fails to rectify the problem although for them consumer is only person due to whom water proofing failed.
I DONT KNOW THIS IS HAPPEENING WITH ME ONLY OR MANY MORE LIKE ME ATLEAST NOW ITS CONSUMERISM AND I URGE Sh Bharat Puri MD of Pidilite to look into for consumer problems precisely and from your busy schedules as your company is for and by the people. Was this information helpful? |
