I want to file complaint against dr lab path labs branch sirsa haryana as i went there for my blood test Gave sample and wait for the results . After a day report arrives and they gave abnormally high value of Vitamin b12 when we raise the concern (after consulting our dr who says this could not be possible Go for retesting ) Lab people said its not our fault we can do nothing . And we talked on customer care of lab’s helpline, the person on phone said i will talk to the senior staff and ask the lab to take resample and get it rechecked, but no one responded and we thought let it go,
But on 17 sep 2020 We go there TO get my father’s blood hsCRP Checked along with Other blood tests which costs us around 5000 rs, but yesterday when the report arrives it says value of
hsCRP 10 mg /dl . I again consult my doctor, he says ask the lab to recheck and gave exact value like if its more than 10 then how much it is like 11, 12, 15, 20 how much not the random one .
I went to the lab and ask them the same to give exact value they say we can do nothing because our machine gave this kind of values, i got really disappointed, again called Customer care service he said the same thing like I’ll talk to the managers and get back to u but all in-vein . So i went to another lab and got my fathers test redone . Which gave us the exact value . So I decided to file a complaint against such a irresponsible lab who took peoples money and gave vague and false reports and still claims to be the best labs in india . I had attached a picture of my fathers report and my report in this so that u can see what their reports says .
