Had done CBC, Blood Sugar Fasting, Urine R and M testing of my mother on 23rd February as she had an operation scheduled on 24th February at 8:00 AM. The technician told the report would be available by 4:00PM or in worst case by 6:00PM. But we didn’t get any report till now. Started following up the customer care after 6:00PM and made 4 calls after evry hour to customer care and everytime they told that you will receive a callback from our backend team in half an hour but didn’t receive any call. When I called at 11:30PM the customer executive told that now we can’t arrange a call back so you will receive a call tomorrow only.
This is sheer negligence and careless culture which Dr. Lal pathlab has in its roots. The customer care is useless. Because of their negligence now the operation has to be rescheduled and pre operation medication which was being taken, all goes to waste and it will impact health too.
