Dr Lal Path Labs — Wrong test reports given, refusal to refund money and do correct tests

This company is a scam and fraud. I told them that my doctor has told me to get TSH (regular) test done. Before payment their lab cashier told us that they were going to do thyroid profile test in which TSH (regular) is included. On their website also, it's mentioned that TSH(regular) is included in Thyroid profile (free) test. On 10 September 2021, I got this test done but when the reports came, there was no mention of TSH (regular) in it. I complained regarding this multiple times but they told me that they don't include TSH (regular) and they won't refund my money. My money is wasted as my doctor required TSH(regular). They charged for wrong blood test of mine and not what was written on their website. They loot people by lying about the tests, charging them and giving wrong reports, which is illegal. Nobody should go to this lab.
