Legal Confirmation

I played fantacy cricket in dream11. My axis bank account freezed due to made a transaction for dream11. I sent a more than 6 mails to dream11 helpdesk from my registered email id for clarification. It happened dec 2021, still I didn't get any response from helpdesk.

Atleast can you respond here?

Cheating by creating fake profiles to win top cash prizes

Dream 11 creates fake profiles and updates these profiles during the game. They delay the updates for a short period of time to update/ upload the fake profiles dring the match. Anyone who participates can see that the profiles are fabricated and updated with unrealistic outcomes.
