Disparity between calculating point for strike rate

Sir,
What are the measurements of calculating point for strike rate???

Lionness vs angels women (byjus pondichery women t10 contest-9/07/22

The player who has strike rate of 71 got. - 2(minus 2 ) and another player she has strike rate of 50 got 0 point (ie no minus point) and also she included in dream team with 6 point...How this possible???...

My pan card used by someone illegally

Recently I came to know abt that my pancard using by someone in dream11,
Kindly remove/suspend that Respective account asap for prevent fraudulent actions

I mailed the same still I didn't get any response and my issue remains same....

Winning withdrawal was denied citing violation of fair play

I have won head to head private contest with 2000/- entry fee. I won the contest and winning amount was Rs 3800/-. When i tried to withdraw my winning amount, my withdrawal request was rejected citing violation of fair play. It may also be seen that they have already charged the commission of 200 rs from this contest. Dream 11 has earned their commission however they are denying my earning

My complaint is Same team Captain and Vice Captains both are same in each and every game which on i played.

Only one player is changed every time in opponent team

How this can possible everytime

Win amount can't Withdraw

Yesterday I play one private contest with my brother how's account is separate on this Dream11 app and this contests win by me this contests 10% money all ready cut by company but after that this company can not process my wining amount to my account, company now shows policy that name is fair play violation this is unfair if we win it's unfair and we loss then it's fair...

Fraud of my Rs 27000 by dream 11

DREAM 11 is looting hard earned money of people. My withdrawal of Rs 26400 approx is on hold by them instead of providing the details and proofs of my deposit. 7 days are passed and I have send many mails but there is no reply and solution to my query. Government is also promoting such fraud companies. They have no other options to connect them instead of email, which they are not replying. God knows where we helpless people go. Please provide...
