Drinkprime — Machine does not work, cant change plan on app, customer service does not answer

Been using your service since 8-9 months. Firstly don't understand why your app doesn't let users change the plan. I have to reach out to customer service, the customer service has a work time. If I am at work and the instrument doesn't disperse water, I have to go home and only then recharge as it needs to be synced using Bluetooth, which means my family cannot drink water even if I recharge from my office. You want the users to reach out to you through tickets/ customer service, but they are always unattended. I have raised multiple tickets but not a single one has been resolved. I had sufficient water balance so I had used 399 plan last month, on 24th May I wanted to go for 599 but could not do it because customer care has gone home for the day and all I have is either stay thirsty till your customer care returns or recharge a basic one and get in touch later. With a hope to get a solution I had recharged with basic plan to drink water and reached out to customer care, there is no answer. Meanwhile since the plan only gives me 40 litres, being summer I exhausted it by 27th May I recharged again and on 2ndJune I was out of water balance and no response from customer service. I again raised the issue and recharged, one guy called me up and said we can't do anything because you have recharged without asking us so use whatever you have. I asked him to escalate this to higher management he said he will do that and get back with solution but it's been 13 days and no response. Meanwhile on 13th June 930pm the instrument stopped working all of a sudden without a reason, I still had close to 180 litres of water balance. To add to my bad luck, since it was 930 in the night and not having water at all to drink I ended up recharging with 399 once again and the machine still doesn't work.

Just to make it clear I had recharged 120 once and 399 thrice and reached out to customer service quite a few times. One instance I was on hold by the IVR for close to 15 mins and no response after that.

Not the machine doesn't work, and with every mistake on your side I don't understand why should I take the loss of water balance. 599 per month was my preferred plan. I would have got 1000 litres for 1200 in 2 months. Whereas now after paying 1320 all I got was 375 litres, machine doesn't work and customer care doesn't give a solution, no proper compensation, can't change plan on app.

Meanwhile I also requested for uninstalling the unit, gave a 1 star on play store as I got a message on whatsApp saying rate us on play store and we will give you 50 litres bonus.

Sent a tweet on 12th June night and finally got a call from customer service but they haven't given me a solution. The machine is still useless for me.

Last night I had posted about Drinkprime pathetic experience on Google reviews, LinkedIn, Twitter and also sent a tweet to Manas asking if he can solve. There is no response so far.
