DTC Bus — Availability of bus

Sir,
I would like to inform you that i working as a software engineer in noida sec-63, i travel everyday at 8:00 am in the morning from noida sec-18 metro and around 7:00 pm in the evening from sec-62 (Fortis) in bus no-323.
Now, kindly take a note on this matters :

1. The bus frequency is like 0, the difference between two buses is 1 hour minimum.
2. There is no fixed timing of bus, like - one bus comes who's timing is around 8:15 to 8:30, comes at variable times at 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45 and then the next bus will come after 1 hour that also at variable times.
3. The conductor is also mannerless, he argues with everyone and the important part ; "some conductor charges 8 rs from sec-62 to noida city center while some 12 rs". What is this??
4. The driver also drives roughly that even at the stop he doesn't stops for the person to get down or get in.


Therefore i request you to strictly take action on this matters.
