DTC Bus — Bus Irregularities route no - 727

I am prakash stay in palam colony, NEW DELHI wants your immediate attention towards DTC Cluster bus service irregularities. I usually take Route no 727 from palam colony to the south extention in the morning. But They break service guidelines and move the bus direct from Dwarka Flyover instead of taking from beneath the Dwarka Flyover. People does stands for waiting the buses 40 minutes, 50 minutes. I had already complaint to the DTC Helplines so many times but no one took this matter seriously.
