DTC Bus — Dtc bus driver hit me and started fighting

Dear sir I am the daily passenger of dtc from Nehru Nagar to Noida Sec 62. The driver a misbehave and Hit me. I give the 14.5.2013 when I was traveling and this happen. DTC Vehile no : DL1PC7315 Green colour Route No: 492 Complain: driver refuse to stop the bus, And refuse to give complain book. Please do action against these driver . It affects the DTC Reputation.
