Easemytrip is definitely into fraudulent service as i can see similar complaints to mine on this forum. I booked a ticket for 5 passengers (Booking id emt68638948 pnr lnvr5h) on 6 th jan 2020 and another ticket (Booking id 68740319 pnr xgz5rv) on 8th jan 2020. Both the tickets were cancelled by easemytrip without passengers permission. Now they have even denied to refund the amount. Plz help on the issue. For the same a confirmation email also has been sent to the registered email with us. This is to inform you that as per cancellation policy refund also has been processed. I canel a flight ticket and got refund of Rs7659.but amount had not been credited in my account.i am disappointed with this service.i am a regular coustmer but now I suggest and think not to use this service.plzz credited my account
