EaseMyTrip.com — Complaint against not providing pnr number and ticket confirmation

I have booked my ticket from madurai to chennai under 2s on 11.10.21.journey date is 12.10.21 train number - 02638.
Booking I'd number--EMT88532487. My money is also debited in my bank account. Please tell me the actual status of the train ticket and confirmation.
