This is in regard with my trip booking EMT85790825 / PNR:-TND4ED of an international flight. Since weeks, I try to reschedule this trip, but numerous calls and emails, even to the CEO, didn't help. There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in.
I tried to reschedule the flight by email to the customer care at several dates in December of this year or March of next year but this didn't work either. They told me there are no flights available during this time. But this is wrong. According to the airlines, there are plenty of flights available at these dates, so this should work.
NOBODY even responds to my technical issue. On phone, the customer care advised me to send a screenshot of it which I did, but still I only get standard responses to my request to reschedule the flight but nobody even reacts to my technical issue. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this and want that IMMEDIATELY:
1) My technical issue is being resolved.
2) I can reschedule my flight at a date of my choice or get a FULL refund for cancellation.
Due to COVID-related problems, I have to reschedule the flight or cancel it. But cancelling is also a problem: When booking, the website showed "Refundable". Unfortunately I have not made a screenshot of it. Now it turns out "Non-refundable". I'd loose a huge amount of money if I just cancel the flights under these conditions.
