This is in regard with my trip booking id EMT70631161 / PNR:-Y512K of an domestic flight travel date was 03 Jul 20 and due to covid reason we were not traveled that time. Now since weeks, I tried to reschedule this trip, There is a technical issue with the website which prevents me from rescheduling my flight at ANY date. I always get the same error message "Oops! No flights found.", no matter which dates I put in. As i checked Air india has provided option for date change/reschedule for covid time bookings till 31st Dec21. When i checked the same with airlines they updated me that EMT has raised refund request and the amount was already refunded to EMT. How could EMT has raised a refund request with out my knowledge/confirmation . As per them there was an order from Supreme court on Oct'20 stating all travel agents need to refund all amount to customer irrespective of their confirmation immediately. When i checked with some known lawyers they said it was not like that. I want to know if i have an option to reschedule my flight till 31st Dec'21 how can they raised a refund request with out my confirmation as im in an impression that i can reschedule my ticket at any time till 31st Dec21. When i escalated this to some senior person through customer care call they have offered me 1000 rs discount coupon but the problem is right now the ticket prices are showing sky level and there is huge difference. Step2: Retrieve Booking >> Cancel flight Step3: Select passenger(s) and itinerary to cancel >> Choose your reason to cancel/claim refund >> Check Refund/Cancel >> Claim Refund. I know how to request refund on easemytrip. But my question was when airindia has provided me an option for date change of flight till 31st Dec'21 and im in that impression to reschedule my flight when ever i want how can easemyrip has claimed refund on behalf of me without my confirmation . Even when I checked with Airindia, they said refund request has been raised by easemytrip . There is huge difference in current fare to book new tickets. Request please answer my query.

Glitch in EMT website as mentioned in call with their staff.
New way of conning people.
while booking i was shown fully refundable and that is why i booked tickets.
Prices are comparable to what other are charging for fully refundable.
I guess they have found i new way to dupe people.
If you trust an IITIAN with number and maths believe me never book from EMT.
use IXIGO. similar post are there all over internet
