[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Money debited No booking made for train ticket

I made a train ticket booking on 16th October at 10:35pm. My bank has confirmed that amount being credited to Easemytrip account. I'm yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or booking Id from this site. I have raised complaint with their customer care and yet to get a conclusive response.

The company support responded via email mentioning the ticket was not booked by irctc and a refund is initiated. I got the refund in 3 working days. thank you for your response.
