Hi team,
I have an escalation regarding the booking on easemytrip poral.
On june 2, 2020 i was trying to book a flight from mumbai to jaipur.
After validating all the details, i resume to pay the fare but somehow i got an error page after making the payment.
I tried contacting the easemytrip employee through whatsapp chat and he said no payment has been received, ask me to check with bank.
I did open a grievance at the bank and after around 15 days i received a mail from bank that my dispute has been rejected as the amount is settled at the merchants account.
Can you kindly look into the issue as its been a month and i am not able to contact any of the easemytrip customer support medium.
