I have booked a Air Asia flight through Easemytrip.com . Due to Covid situation the flight was cancelled by Air Asia and I have received a mail from Air Aisa stating that full refund is initiated to Easemy trip and subsequently I have received a mail from Easemy trip that they have also initiated the refund to my account. However I have been following it up with Ease my trip for last 5 months through mails and calls . I do have the complete correspondence history of the mails with me.
I still did not get the refund from Easemytrip.
Please advice all details I need to upload to file an official complaint.
