After finding easygo trip advertising on google for cheap air tickets, I was directed to their site. Upon
searching for a flight from Pune to Hyderabad, I was shown a ticket for Air India which had a price tag of Rs 5066. I decided to book this ticket and proceeded to make the payment on 30th September 2014 and was given a booking reference number (attached). However with half an hour I received a mail from
EasyGo that the ticket was cancelled and a cancellation number was given
(attached). The reason for cancellation was not clearly mentioned and I
promptly proceeded to call their operator as mentioned in the mail. Upon
connecting the call, I was informed that the air fare had increased and so the
ticket was cancelled but the refund will be processed shortly. I also contacted
their call centre via chat (transcript attached) and was informed that the
refund will be processed to the same credit card within a few days. Upon not
getting a refund in this timeframe I contacted them again (transcript picture
attached) and was told that the refund will go through. However 3 weeks on,
there has been no refund. EasyGo is not responding to repeated calls and
avoiding to reply even on chat (transcript attached). I am confident that you
will easily observe that this is a fraudulent company. It has done similar
