Hello, My sister Radhika Biyani
booked her flight ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 1/10/2014 on
28th sept and paid an amount of Rs.3723/- . After all the payments were
done a guy from EasyGoTrip
called her and said the fares of the flight have been increased and she
needs to pay additional 1900 rupees or cancel her ticket . After
cancelling her ticket the amount was supposed to be deposited in her
account in a weeks time but it has been 2 months and there is no
response from the team . She had personally mailed them, also she posted
her complaint on their FB page. The team has deleted her post and
blocked her from accessing the page . I request you to kindly take a strict action against them and ask them to Deposit the money back into the
account ASAP.
P.S: we have all the proof of the email sent by them in which they assured to depoist money asap but they dint do that
