Dear Sir
This is regarding my PNR GIE2FP with Indigo airlines. The airlines had rescheduled a flight from their end and it was not suitable for me so they cancelled from their end by mentioning that full refund is initiated to me from their end.
However, I had reached easymytrip customer care around 5 to 10 times and they are telling no full refund. I had received a credit note and email confirmation from airlines but these people are not telling about that and informing me that no full refund. It is really cheating trusted customer hopes. Please help me as It is my hard earned money

I had discussed with Airlines agent and he confirmed that full refund is initiated for the flight cancellation by airline due to reschedule. He had clearly confirmed me that amount will be refunded. However, my travel agent is mentioning that he didnt receive any confirmation from your end for full refund. Can you please quickly confirm about it as I am really irritated to explain these to travel agency (Easemytrip). Was this information helpful? |
