Dear team,
I had placed an order for a product to be shipped on 26th July 2024 with a vendor and in a couple of days I had received a confirmation from the vendor that the order/shipment with the AWB # was dispatched via Ecom Express. Upon regularly checking ECom Express' website to track the AWB, finally on 10th Aug 2024, the status was updated as 'Out for Delivery'. Subsequently, around 7:30 PM IST, I had received an SMS containing a 4 digit code from ECom Express that the shipment from SHIPZONE was arriving the same day. However, in less than a hour from the time the SMS was received, I received a Whatsapp message from Ecom Express business account that I had refused to take the delivery of the package. This was absolutely wrong as no one from Ecom Express had contacted me. In the SMS a mobile # was mentioned and I had tried calling that #. However, it's been 24 hours since then, no one had bothered to answer to my several calls nor they had returned my calls. There was another # from ECom Express from where I had received a call yesterday night, but when I picked the call up, it was disconnected. I trued calling that # but it was out of service each time I had called that number. Ecom Express's customer care # is never working. I had even sent an email to their email address with the details and the issue that had happened, however, no response was provided from their end yet.
Since, afternoon on 11th Aug, the status indicates "Attempt Restricted-OFD lock". I have no idea what this status mean and whether I will get the shipment anytime soon.
