I had purchased a bag with makeup kit from a online retailer boutique, for whom ecom express pvt. Ltd is the delivery/courier agent.
I had received an sms stating
"dear customer, your order shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: xxxxxxxxxxx"
I was waiting on 24/11/2020 for the delivery agents/courier agents to contact me for the exact location (Though i had given the correct and complete address). Nothing was delivered.
The next day, also, i waited and nothing was delivered . Then i checked my sms again and i see this message
"your order awb [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]"
No one from ecom express had contacted me to guide them to the location and they had the audacity to falsely state on the awb tracking system on 24/11/2020 that
"shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - wrong address"
Today, i waited but no contact from executive
I have had many deliveries from amazon, flipkart done. If the delivery executives dont know my location, they would call me and get directions. But this is the first time i get this type of a bad experience Was this information helpful? |
