I have return pickup of books Durga tantra shastra on October 31, 2020 and Kali Tantra siddhi complete book on November 02, 2020 purchased from Amazon. The return pickup should be made by Ecomex and courier persons didn't came to my location and not called me, cancelled the pickup many times till date November 16, 2020 that is today. Please help me to make my pickup quickly,

Updated by kaushik rudra I have troubled by Ecomex again with the same problem, the pickup was created but it was cancelled by themself the Ecomex people and after they have cancelled i got message. But i didn't get any call or message for pickup and they themself cancelled the return pickup.

Updated by kaushik rudra I still not received any help from Ecomex express for getting return pickup of the books even after i have provided the details of books which to be picked up.
