Ecom Express — Charged money for no reason

There was a reverse pickup from me by Bluestone jewellery .The guy kept on rescheduling the pickup date saying that I have asked to do so, even though he has not called only. On top of that when he came to pickup the order CHARGED 50 Rs from me which is totally not justified.
Worst behaviour and unprofessional .I need my money back Now I have a doubt what if they never return the jewelry to the source, very unreliable delivery guy.
