Ecom Express — Claiming extra amount for door delivery

A product was ordered in Amazon. The product has been arrived at the local ECom office. The courier boy called me and told to collect the parcel from their office which is about 25 Kms away from my residence. When I asked him to make it door delivery, he is asking for extra Rs.40/- which is unfair and illegal practice. I want the product to be delivered at my home.
